Bloodstock festival was established in 2005 to provide a venue for the best established and unsigned metal bands to perform in front of a large audience of dedicated metal fans. Since then, it has become  one the largest UK metal festivals, attracting bands, fans and die hard metal heads from all over the world. The date of the festival, 14-16^th August, is notched into the arm of every true metal lover. It is common knowledge that rockers from all over migrate towards Nottingham to enjoy the international line up, beer and, presumably, English mud.

This years line-up is looking as good as ever, with such names as: Cradle of filth, Carcass, Arch Enemy and Aplocalyptica taking the stage, and with your help, Stone Circle! Bloodstock are this year hosting an unsigned competition where those entered win the chance to take the stage at Bloodstock. Stone Circle, a progressive metal band hailing out of Brighton, UK, have entered a video in the competition. Being close to the band, respecting their professionalism, talent and drive to push the boundaries of their genre, we are eager to support their entry. For this reason, we invite you to go and check out their video on the bloodstock website, and vote for it! If they win, Record Union promises to buy you all a round of grog.
