I am very pleased with the service-our single track appeared on amazon, spotify, itunes etc very quickly, and at one point was no 800 in the amazon download chart.

It was released at end of May, but as yet my account shows no activity-when can I expect to see something in there?
I would like to see an option to make releases uk chart eligible. Is this possible?

Hi,

I’ve two releases on Record Union under Sonic Boon, and the albums have been published on several stores amongs itunes, 7digital, spotify and more… but on Spotify one of the albums are misspelled so the artist says Sonic Boom instead of Sonic Boon and even added a word in the album title??!!??

After contact with Spotify they just says that it is an algorithm which change’s the name becouse there are other artists called Sonic Boom automatically, further they says that they cant do anything about it, i would like to see who amongst the more famous artists will accept that? Well I do not!

what is youre opinion about this?

i had 2 albums under the serap yagiz added by you guys to itunes spotify and all your other platforms, even the albums are both in spotify and 7digital in spotify there is no buy link to the 7digital store even though it is available in the store, does this not link write away or do we have to do anything for them to include the purchase feature..

Hi there, my album is already distributed through Tunecore (so it’s already on itunes, napster etc) but I’d like it available on Spotify which they presently don’t have available. Can I upload my album with you guys and can you then just distribute only to Spotify?

many thanks for distributing our music to all important online shops.
It’s great to see we are on juno download, amazon and everywhere else. We really appreciate it, you are doing a great job!
However I would like to know whether you have any idea why Beatport haven’t accepted us so far - is there any reason? The same applies to Last.fm - I know we’ve already created our profile there but I deleted all the songs after I signed-up here so that there was no duplicity. I even canceled a profile there so I am wondering where might be a problem…

You are welcome! We love hearing positive feedback about Record Union, so thank you!

Spotify should be forthcoming, they have a huge ammount of music to be added to their catalogue and one must be sensitive to this.

As long as artists keep coming to us to distribute their music, we will keep distributing it!
