And so on. What makes a hit to be more “visible” and get a chance to detect? Is the naming of the tracks (such Song or Suicide, Cocaine) one of the secrets behind the thing that makes a artists work so discoverable on the internet?
I think there are many talents out of there which never gets discovred, thoughly them would be perfect, just because the “massive” amount of works out there.

So what is the password behind “visibility”, the chance that you once being appeared and someone tries to play a song from you on your band page, or a forum, on the internet with a huge amount of content.

I really wonder what get a content a larger chance to even being discovred without preceeding knowledge? How does the first fans even getting a glance on you in the search results.

I agree Drsounds that there are many out there which wont get discovered. As for why some do and some dont, this a hard question. The way i see it is that the internet is full of people. If you have something which people like and want to tell their friends about, they will do so, and if they like it too they will pass it on. To get a following your music has to appeal to people, the more it appeals, the more they will share it on their own accord. There are other factos, but this is the essence i think.

I am a big fan of Nomy´s music, and pretty much everyone i have introduced it too is also a big fan now. Go nomy!
